Guest Amenitie Suppliers.........

Hi People,

Just newly joined on the forum, i run a B&B down in Devon, was looking for a supplier of bed sheets and cheap catering supplies if anybody has any reccomendations that would be great, thanks.

Also, for guest toiletries and other guest amenities we are using a company called Mash Group have found there service and products very good, they also offer a next day delivery service, they can be seen on the link below:

The standard answer to this question on this and every other accommodation forum always includes www.outofeden.co.uk . Can't comment on their delivery service as they are local to us and we either go in and collect, or one of the girls drops it round to us. (No connection, BTW!)

I use King Of Cotton www.kingofcotton.co.uk for all my bed sheets and towels. Their prices are very reasonable, much cheaper than buying in shops or department stores, and the quality is excellent. I also got my duvets and pillows from them. I have ordered quite a few times from them and the orders always arrive within a few days. You can get towels in a variety of colours but a lot of their stuff is only available in white.

I use wall-mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel but used Out of Eden for all the other bits & pieces - mainly because they will supply things in 50s rather than hundreds.

One thing has caused amusement though, to top up the order to avoid postal charges, I bought stickers to go next to the loos, asking that people don't put inappropriate items down the loo (we're not on mains drainage so this is really important). One item mentioned was teabags....... do people really chuck used teabags down the loo???

For all our hospitality needs we have previously used www.allianceonline.co.uk, however have recently starting using www.mashgroup.co.uk found their prices much more cheaper, especially the complimentary toiletries and guest slippers.

We have also begun using Mash Group for our toiletries and soaps. Their products and service is great and the price is even better. We also begun using their slippers in our rooms, as they seem to be the cheapest around.

For our Linen we have be using Richard Haworth, good price, good quality.

Out of Eden are very quick with delivery and are good value. We too have those stickers (for the same reason) and it's caused some smiles.

I've used Wallace Sacks for bedding - and Achica has some good bedding every now and again but the offers only last a few days at a time.
