Domestic or commercial washing machine

For 3 self-catering cottages, the option is 2 domestic washing machines or 1 commercial machine. There is a maximum of 15 people's sheets/duvet covers/towels etc to wash on changeover days. The residents will use them for their personal washing too. Any advice as to which to go for? I'm assuming that 1 commercial dryer will be better than 2 domestic dryers?

Commercial stuff (or large American machines) is generally much quicker, but a couple of points to keep in mind:

Commercial washing machine will probably require a hot and cold fill, domestic is usually cold only, so may be some additional plumbing.

Commercial dryer will need a dedicated supply of at least 20 Amps and can't be run off the normal ring main, so some electrical work required.
