I have just checked our phone bill to find 2 calls on 11.11.10 early in the morning to an 0844 number which I did not recognise. I traced them to our Streamline Credit Card machine and rang Customer Services to ask why they are calling me twice on the same day for half and hour each time. I explained that I was not happy as the call charges are high but they said there was no alternative number that the machine could dial into for it's 15 day updates (as per the contract we signed). This is just to warn other users of Streamile about hidden costs incurred when accepting debit and credit cards from guests.
