A few useful snippets in the mail this morning, contained within the Quality Update flier.

Let's see - if I spot misuse of signage I can report it by phoning the helpdesk, so that's handy.

One or two other references that give me the same option of phoning the helpdesk.

National Accessible Schemes - that would be interesting to find out about; maybe we could do more for people with various disabilities.
Ah yes, a phone number. That's useful.
Unless, like me, you happen to have a hearing disability and rely on email.

Maybe the email address buried on page 8 serves for all forms of enquiry? Maybe not? It's really not very obvious.......

For those of us with a disability, it would be nice if the champions of accessibility made themselves easily accessible.

Depressing, really.

Here's an interesting one (going off topic a little). I following the link to the fees calculator and ticked the boxes (joining fee for National Accessible scheme, the Mobility, Visual and Hearing ratings and in a matter of clicks I can more than double my participation fee. No matter how morally right it is to be 'Accessible' and inclusive to all the customers' with disabilities, fees like this are also depressing.
