The website www.hotelstobuy.co.uk expects its traffic to rocket as a result of its decision to drop charges for their service.

The site is able to open up the property directory to everyone looking to buy or sell accommodation businesses in the UK as a result of new advertising income.

Set up at the start of 2005 by ex-hotelier, Celia Carruthers, the website soon became the leading resource for the sale of hotels. With currently more than 1300 businesses listed for sale, over 70 commercial property agents contribute their listings to the directory.
