Sustainable procurement seminar for hospitality sector

A practical, one-day seminar, designed specifically for the hospitality sector will be held in London on 9 June 2008.

Sustainable Procurement Training for the Hospitality Sector, organised by Action Sustainability, will enable those responsible for procurement to understand and exploit the benefits of effective and responsible procurement. Delivered by a leading expert in this field, the course will introduce delegates to the tools and techniques essential for starting to establish a sustainable supply chain.

As well as course materials, venue and refreshments, the fee also covers one year’s telephone support and free invitations to Action Sustainability networking events and seminars. Members of the Institute of Hospitality will receive a 20% discount.
