The following topic within the Legislation Guidance section of the site has been updated.
Bookings
Ideally you should confirm all bookings in writing to the guest, although this is not always practical. However, you are advised to confirm in writing the booking details for any longer stays, larger groups or more problematic bookings.
With this in mind, the Bookings section has been updated to include a template document for confirming bookings, which you can adapt for use in your business.
