New and Updated Legislation Topics

The following topics within the Legislation Guidance section of the site has been updated.

Unfair Trading

The False Statements topic has been replaced with a new topic called Unfair Trading Practices. This new topics details the requirements of two new pieces of legislation:

• the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and
• the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008.
