Working Hours: statutory holidays

• The Working Hours section has been updated to reflect changes in the rules around the allocation of statutory holidays, due to take place on 1 April 2009.

National Minimum Wage: new P45 and Notice of Underpayment

• The National Minimum Wage section has been updated to include information on the new version of the P45 and on the new Notice of Underpayment that can be issued by HMRC if it finds that an employer has underpaid their staff.
