New and updated legislation topics

The following topics within the Legislation Guidance section of the site have been updated.

Business Rates

• The Business Rates information has been updated to reflect the new basis used to calculate current rates.

Liquor Licensing

• The Liquor Licensing section has been expanded to take into account the new rules introduced by the Mandatory Code on the Sale of Alcohol, part of which comes into force in April 2010.
