The following topics within the Legislation Guidance section of the site have been updated.

Licences

  • The Licences section has been expanded to provide information on making DVDs available to guests and the need for a licence that entails.

Registration and Data Protection

  • The Registration and Data Protection section has also been updated. A reference to transitional measures for those with manual filing systems has been removed because the transitional arrangement period is over.
