New and updated legislation topics

The following topics within the Legislation Guidance section of the site have been updated.

Health and Safety Liabilities

• A clarification about the Transportation of guests has been added to the Health and Safety Liabilities topic, to explain when a licence is needed to provide lifts to guests and give advice on what you need to do to comply with the law.

• Some information has been provided as to the different Tariffs applied by the Performing Rights Society.
